PLEASE READ THROUGH BEFORE COMMISSIONING MEBy commissioning me, you’ve agreed to reading and understanding my terms of service.✨General✨You can email me anytime at:
[email protected]If you are purchasing a commission from me you are paying to see my style. Please do not ask me to mimic another artist's style for any commission.I will always upload the finished art to my online galleries. If you would like it to be a private commission then there will be an added fee. Please be aware of this before asking for a commission.I may use the art to make prints and merchandise. If you are not okay with this please let me know. There may be an added fee.I have the right to refuse any commission. This will most likely be the case if:
-It goes outside my comfort zone.
-I feel it is beyond my artistic ability at that given time.
-It goes against my Do Not Draw list.
-If the buyer has in any way been abusive or harassing.
-The buyer has not given me enough information, or is being evasive.✨NSFW Art✨
If you are requesting NSFW art you MUST be 18 years or older.
I may ask for proof of this. By paying the invoice on NSFW content you are agreeing that you are of age to view such content.✨Prices✨
Prices are always subject to change!
Prices can be found under the “Commissions” tab above.✨REFERENCE✨
This is important. I will not start your commission until I get proper reference. This means for:
-Characters
-Clothes
-Props
-Backgrounds (if applicable)
If you are requesting me to draw a Reference Sheet for a character you have not yet had drawn, please be generous with reference. (Species, body build, clothes)✨Payment✨
I do all my payments through PayPal Invoice. All prices are in USD. I will do the sketch and once it is approved I send the invoice.
For YCHs payment must be sent upfront.
If for whatever reason you get the sketch WIP and cease contact, I will re-purpose the sketch as a YCH. Please let me know if there are reasons you may have to pay late, and we can hold your commission. Please be aware that no work will be done further until payment is made.✨Time Frame✨
In general I try to get commissions done in a two week time frame.
There are factors that may expand wait times. The bigger the project, the longer the wait. I do not like commissions going over a month(Unless they are animations or comics). If this does happen I will make sure to note you with an update. At any point in the process you may note me for details as well. If anything does come up, I try to keep the line of communication open, and I expect the same out of the commissioner.
If for any reason you need your commission to be a priority(If it is a gift for example) please let me know ahead of time. There is an added express fee for this.✨Refunds✨
Refunds will be judged on how much work has been completed. If the pic has been finished I will do my best to fix anything you do not like. I do not offer refunds on completed pics.
Full refunds will only be given if %0 of work has been done.✨Changes/Fixes✨
I will do a total of 5 edits in the sketch phase. If it goes over this I will have to start charging a $5 fee per edit. Any major changes to lineart will have an added fee. Color fixes are always free.✨THIS IS IMPORTANT!✨
This is YOUR commission in the end. As the artist, I am perfectly okay with you asking questions and being honest with something you want changed. Please do not be afraid to do so! I like to have loads of information while working on art, so please do not feel shy in sending me paragraphs of stuff to work with. I would rather know every little detail.✨When its done?✨
When I send you the final render of the commission you are allowed to post it where ever you please! All I ask is two simple things once I hand the commission over to you.
-You do NOT remove my signature. (no cropping or erasing!)
-You give me credit as the artist.If you have any plans of making merch/prints with my art let me know. Depending on the piece I may give you permission. However I have the right to decline this.✨By paying the invoice you are agreeing to these terms.✨I look forward to working with you!
